After joining our establishment over a year ago, meet the chef of the PlanB restaurant and its pastry chef!
Passionate about wine and colorful cuisine, Charles began his career at the age of 19 in Paris, working in various establishments: brasseries, food trucks, a 5-star restaurant, and eventually settling in Chamonix in 2019. Since December 2022, he has been delighting our clients with a generous and convivial menu.
Lucie, our talented pastry chef, turned her passion into a profession at the age of 25. After working in several establishments in the Chamonix Valley, she joined PlanB in 2022 and enchants our taste buds with desserts that are as flavorful as they are gourmets.
