Guarantee
Bookings are confirmed only with a valid Credit Card number and expiry date and with a total or partial prepayment according to the cancellation policy.
No show
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
Cancellation and modification
Any modification of the booking, partial or total cancellation, must be made in writing.
Non-refundable terms
A prepayment corresponding to the entire stay is charged at the time of booking.
The prepayment is not refundable in any case of cancellation, modification, no-show or cancellation the day of arrival.
Flexible rate 30 days
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded.
If cancelled between 30 days and 1 day before arrival, the deposit is retained.
If cancelled the day of arrival and in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation is charged.
Last Minute Rate D-7
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation and is not refundable.
